Job summary

BDO is recruiting for an Audit Graduate Programme in the UK. You will gain hands-on experience across audit, work towards the ACA, and develop technical and commercial skills while serving clients across sectors.

You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues as you take on increasing responsibility and work towards a permanent role after completion. The programme begins with an induction for the organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree (obtained or predicted).
• Three A-levels (A*-C) or four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers at grade A-B; no UCAS points used.
• GCSEs at grade 4+ in Maths and English (or Scottish National 5 A-C).
• Commitment to balance study and professional work.
• UK right to work; visa sponsorship not provided if salary criteria not met.

Responsibilities

• Learn by doing and gain exposure to clients and audits.
• Progress through ACA qualification while working on real audit assignments.
• Work with colleagues across services and locations (Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester).
• Support development through supervision from managers, directors and partners.
