Job summary

BDO is offering a graduate programme in Birmingham with a three-year ACA qualification track. You’ll gain hands-on audit experience, work across clients and sectors, and develop both technical and commercial skills while learning from experienced professionals.

A strong induction and ongoing support will help you progress and secure a permanent role upon successful qualification. Expected to start with a firm induction in September and progress through the ACA while contributing to real audit

Qualifications

• A minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline.
• Three A-levels (or equivalent) A*-C.
• GCSEs at grade 4+ in Maths and English.
• Commitment to balance study and work.
• Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Support audit work across clients and sectors.
• Attend client calls and meetings, learning from senior colleagues.
• Develop technical and commercial skills throughout the programme.
• Progress through ACA qualification with organisation-wide induction and support.
• Graduate into a permanent role after programme completion and exams.
