Job summary

BDO UK invites ambitious graduates to join its Audit Graduate Programme in the Guildford area. You will gain hands-on experience across audit fields, including Pension Audit, Public Sector and Financial Services, while working toward the ACA qualification.

You’ll be supported by mentors and senior colleagues, with opportunities to interact with clients and progress through a structured three-year programme. Relocation support is not provided, so please consider travel and commute.

Qualifications

• Must have a 2:2 degree (any discipline).
• Three A-levels (or equivalent) at A*-C.
• GCSEs at grade 4+ in Maths and English.
• Must have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn on the job within BDO’s Audit teams across specialist areas.
• Develop technical and commercial skills through real Audit work and client exposure.
• Work with colleagues across the organisation while progressing towards ACA qualification.
