Job summary

Office Angels is seeking a Product Developer in Sutton to drive consumer product development from concept through to launch. The role focuses on turning ideas into market-ready products while coordinating cross-functional inputs.

You will manage multiple development projects, liaise with suppliers, maintain product information and ensure launches stay on schedule. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in product development or buying and a passion for beauty or consumer goods.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' experience in Product Development, NPD or buying.
• Experience in beauty or consumer products is advantageous.
• Passion for product innovation, trends and packaging.
• Strong organisational and multi-project management skills.
• Excellent communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and product management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support development of new products from concept through to launch.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities.
• Create concepts, mood boards and presentations.
• Coordinate sample development, requests and tracking.
• Prepare specifications, packaging information, barcodes and documentation.
• Coordinate testing, collect feedback and monitor progress.
• Liaise with suppliers on briefs, samples, packaging and timelines.
• Maintain development records and project trackers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep launches on schedule.
