You will take an idea from rough sketch to published video, working directly with founders and leadership in a fast-paced, on-site environment. The role requires 3+ years in motion design or video editing, strong sense of timing, sound design and grading, and the ability to deliver finished work quickly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in motion design, video editing, or brand film.
• Sound design and grading—you finish your own work.
• Experience creating content with measurable performance.

Responsabilités

• Own launch films for new insurance products from concept to final.
• Build and maintain a motion language for the brand.
• Turn technical insurance mechanics into engaging visuals.
• Collaborate with founders and leadership; shoot when needed.
