Job summary

Corgi Insurance Inc. is seeking a Marketing Lead for the Operations Team in London, to own the company’s marketing from day one.

You will shape strategy, plan product launches, and ensure all communications across site, social, video, events, and press reflect the Corgi brand. You will collaborate with Motion Designers, Video Editors, engineering, and leadership to land launches on time and tell the right story.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in marketing, ideally at a startup or fast-growing tech company.
• Track record of running product launches from start to finish.
• Experience working with designers, motion designers, and video editors.
• Very fluent with AI tooling.
• Experience in fintech, insurance, or B2B is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy and execution from day one.
• Plan and run product launches: positioning, messaging, timelines, assets, and distribution.
• Direct and work closely with Motion Designers and Video Editors on video, motion, and visual content.
• Run our channels (social, website, email, community) and grow our audience.
• Measure what works, cut what doesn't, and move fast.
• Use AI tooling to move faster than a team our size should be able to.
