Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, United Kingdom, offers a 12-month internship in Body In White. You will join the Future Talent team to support apprentice onboarding and engagement activities while contributing to launch and manufacturing projects.

You’ll work with BMW groups and process partners, gaining hands-on experience from day one and building your project management and presentation skills for a premium automotive manufacturer.

Qualificações

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree at 2:2 or above or a Master’s degree in an Engineering-related field.
• Basic understanding of complex processes in automotive technologies and manufacturing.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Power BI data visualisation tools, Copilot).
• Able to communicate solutions clearly and concisely.
• Able to work independently as well as with the team.
• Able to work in a high-quality demanded environment.

Body In White - Intern (Manufacturing) – 12 Month Internship

Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – Future Talent Events Placement Year (July 2027)

The Rolls-Royce Future Talent team is responsible for steering the training and development needs of all Intern, Graduates and Apprentices within our Goodwood office.

In the Apprentice Training area, you will be part of the team to support with all aspects of apprentice onboarding, apprentice marketing and school events. You will develop and organise apprentice engagement activities. Over the course of the year, you will build the skills needed to plan and run apprentice events including recruitment Assessment Centres and Welcome Evenings.

What should you bring along?

• Studying towards bachelor’s degree at 2:2 or above or a Master’s degree Pass or above in an Engineering related course.
• Have basic understanding of complex processes in relation to automotive technologies as well as automotive manufacturing.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Power Bi data visualisation tools, Copilot ).
• Able to communicate solutions clearly and concisely.
• Able to work independently as well as collaborate with the team.
• Able to work in a high-quality demanded environment.
