The New Model Launch Team (Launch Team) ensures all products are integrated into the existing production system with minimal impact to KPIs. It is a fast paced, cross‑functional environment where you will gain hands on experience preparing diligently for a motorcar build, managing it and delivering fully built motorcars; all whilst ensuring our cost, quality and time targets are achieved. Our team consists of about 50 members, across 5 job roles. We’re proactive and enthusiastic, and we drive change with our process partners to ensure the products we build are as perfect as our customer’s demand. It is a fast paced and complex environment. Our team is looking for two placement year students to start in July 2027.
