You will support wellbeing, ensure a safe, welcoming environment, and manage cooks and catering staff.

39 hours over 5 days with a salary of £35,644 per year. The role requires PVG/Disclosure checks and right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in supported housing, housing support, care, community services or a similar customer‑focused environment.
• Ability to support and motivate a team, communicate warmly and professionally, manage competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Manage day‑to‑day housing support in a Later Living development with meals service.
• Line manage cooks and catering colleagues delivering meals.
• Promote independence and community connection; maintain service records.
