Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a confident Product Sales Manager to drive sales of laser welding and cleaning machinery across the UK and Europe. You will develop strategies, build customer relationships and work closely with sales and engineering teams to grow business.

The role offers a competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000, a Mon-Fri 37.5 hour week, and benefits including a company pension and car allowance, with travel to customer sites as required.

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic, proactive and career-minded.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent IT skills, including Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and hold UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for laser welding and cleaning products.
• Support sales associates in generating leads and closing deals.
• Meet customers across industrial, automotive and medical sectors.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans for the UK and Europe.
• Prepare quotations and manage CRM records.
