What you’ll do
  • Set up and operate 5 Axis CNC laser cutting machines to meet production specifications.
  • Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate machining and fabrication.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain optimal performance.
  • Utilize hand tools and machinery, including press brakes, CNC lathes, and plasma cutters, to support various manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct assembly tasks as required, ensuring all components meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
Basic qualifications
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands‑on experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in the operation of 3 Axis lasers is essential.
  • Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles for precise machining.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and material requirements.
Shift Pattern
  • We are currently operating a day shift 07:30-16:00 Monday‑Thursday, 07:30‑14:00 Friday; however you will be expected to work on a rotating shift basis to meet business requirements, therefore flexibility with hours is essential.
  • Overtime paid at premium rates after 39 hours per week.
