Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Landscaping Specialist to help grow our landscaping business. The role is hands-on, delivering both hard and soft landscaping projects on site with focus on safety and quality.

This permanent, full-time position at Leckford Estate offers a 39-hour week (Mon-Thu 08:00–17:00, Fri 08:00–16:00) and a salary between £31,000 and £35,750 per year, with night premiums for work between 22:00 and 06:00.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Landscaping Specialist you will assist in the continued growth of the landscaping business through excellent delivery of hard and soft landscaping projects, The work is very much hands on and can be physical at times but very rewarding . A good understanding of Health and safety is important and site working. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.25 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
