John Lewis Partnership in Oxford is seeking a Home Design Stylist to help customers find the perfect home decor and deliver a personalised shopping experience across our home departments. The role includes working varied hours and earning a night premium for hours between 22:00 and 06:00.
You will be part of the John Lewis brand, supporting flexible working and DBS vetting where required, with duties to inspire customers and drive sales in a busy retail environment at 101 The Westgate,
As a Home Design Stylist, you’ll work with and inspire customers to find the perfect home decor they'll fall in love with. Helping to drive sales and profit across our home departments and deliver the very best, personalised shopping experience expected of the John Lewis brand. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.25 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
