John Lewis Partnership invites applications for a Landscaping Specialist at Leckford Estate to deliver hard and soft landscaping projects hands-on, while upholding health and safety standards on site.
The role offers potential career progression within Longstock Park Landscapes, with varied full-time hours (39 per week), a standard schedule Mon–Thu 08:00–17:00 and Fri 08:00–16:00, and a night premium for hours 22:00–06:00 (£4.25 per hour) where applicable.
As a Landscaping Specialist you will assist in the continued growth of the landscaping business through excellent delivery of hard and soft landscaping projects, The work is very much hands on and can be physical at times but very rewarding . A good understanding of Health and safety is important and site working.In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.25 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements.
You will support the management of the landscaping business and to develop future propositions.
Longstock Park Landscapes has great potential for growth and is ready to evolve into a more profitable business model. As a team, we will be tasked to deliver significant growth over the next 5 years, with the potential to gain career progression. This role within the department will give the Partner experience and increased knowledge of the landscape and horticultural industry.
