Job summary

CGLA designs and builds exceptional gardens and landscapes across Buckinghamshire, the Home Counties and London. This hands-on Landscape Project Manager role oversees delivery from pre-construction through completion, working with design, commercial and site teams to deliver projects safely, on programme and to an exceptional standard.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-end landscape projects.
• Strong coordination of design, build teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the construction programme.
• Lead client liaison throughout the build, providing clear, proactive communication and managing expectations.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, plant, materials and specialist suppliers.
• Plan ahead for procurement and resource requirements.
• Manage project costs, variations and commercial performance.
• Identify programme, buildability and delivery risks early.
• Lead and support Foremen and site teams.
• Coordinate effectively with designers, architects and other consultants and contractors.
• Monitor quality and drive a right‑first‑time approach.
• Manage snagging, handover and project completion.
• Ensure excellent health and safety standards throughout.
