Job description
Overview

Landscape Service Operative. Estates and Facilities are seeking an additional member for the Landscape Service Team. The landscape service team manages the award-winning university grounds across multiple locations within the city and surrounding campuses.

Responsibilities

You will be a highly motivated individual who has experience and a passion for horticulture. You will have practical knowledge and skills in the use of horticultural maintenance machinery. You will need to be a team player with a "can do" approach to delivering our services.

Requirements
  • You will need to have a City & Guilds Level 1 (Amenity horticulture) or NVQ Level 2 or equivalent or relevant work experience.
  • A full manual driving licence and PA1 & PA6 spraying qualification, MO1/MO6 tractor driving with front loader qualification would be an advantage.
