Lead Careers Ltd in London is seeking a Landscape Planner to contribute to LVIA and landscape planning projects across the UK. The role offers hybrid working, a diverse project portfolio, and opportunities to develop technical skills in planning and design.

You will prepare landscape and visual assessments, undertake site surveys, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while managing client relationships and supporting junior colleagues in a supportive environment.

Formación

• A degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Experience with LVIA or landscape planning projects.
• Knowledge of UK planning and development processes.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• Organised approach to managing workloads and deadlines.
• A full UK driving licence.

Role – Landscape Planner

Lead Careers are working with an established, award-winning multidisciplinary consultancy that is looking to appoint Landscape Architects and Landscape Planners with experience or a strong interest in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA).

Based in London, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team working on a diverse portfolio of projects throughout the UK.

The consultancy is involved in a broad range of sectors, including renewable energy, major infrastructure, residential development, urban regeneration and strategic planning. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to develop their technical expertise while contributing to projects that shape both the built and natural environment.

LANDSCAPE PLANNER ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparing landscape and visual assessments
• Undertaking site surveys and landscape appraisals
