Access talent group has partnered with a specialist Landscape/ Environmental practice, based in the greater Oxford area, currently searching for a Landscape Planner/ Senior Landscape Planner. Originally founded in the early 2000s, the practice has since become a recognised firm within the industry, with a team of talented designers, planners, technicians, as well as a separate environmental and arboriculture team.

The practice works across a broad range of public and private sector projects, from residential developments, site applications, strategic land promotion, commercial, renewable, and urban developments, giving you the opportunity to dabble in a bit of everything.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some top names within the industry. Not only will you be working on a broad range of projects, but you will also have the opportunity to learn expert witness, public hearing, and inquiry work - which is practically unheard of within the industry! You should expect to get stuck in straight away, collaborating with the rest of the planning/design team; therefore, confidence to do so is essential.

Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• 2+ years planning experience (desirable but not essential) - just a flair for planning required
• LVIA work within a portfolio is desirable but not essential
• Confident personality - you will be meeting with clients, contractors, etc.
• Close or willing to relocate to Banbury area
• Strong report writing skills
