About the Role: The company is seeking a Chartered Principal Landscape Architect to lead and supervise the day-to-day activities of the planning team while playing a key role in the business's ongoing development. This individual will oversee project delivery, ensure alignment with client expectations, and contribute to the strategic growth of the company. Additionally, the role involves providing critical support to the head of planning, assisting with business development initiatives, and nurturing client relationships. The successful candidate will also be involved in P2C mentoring, making chartership essential.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI).
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience, with a strong focus on landscape planning.
  • Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Experience in overseeing project delivery and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Ability to contribute to the strategic growth of the business.
  • Experience in providing P2C mentoring is an advantage.
