Job summary

Gould Landscapes Ltd in Manchester is seeking experienced Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team. You will carry out a range of maintenance tasks across multiple sites, including grass cutting, strimming, hedge work and site upkeep.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday with 45 hours weekly March–October and 30 hours weekly November–February. Salary is £27,034.80 per year with a monthly bonus scheme, and you will travel between sites as needed.

Job description

We are looking for experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team. Salary is £27,034.80 per annum plus monthly bonus scheme. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week March to October and 30 hours per week November to February. You will work as part of a team delivering professional grounds maintenance services across multiple sites, travelling between locations according to the daily work schedule. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a range of grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting and general site upkeep
• Work as part of a team to ensure sites are maintained to a high standard
• Communicate effectively with team members, management and site users
