Job summary

Gould Landscapes Ltd is seeking experienced Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our team in the United Kingdom. The role covers daily responsibilities across multiple sites, including grass cutting, strimming and hedge work, with travel between sites as scheduled.

Salary is £27,034.80 per annum with a monthly bonus scheme. Working hours are 45 hours per week March–October and 30 hours per week November–February, Monday to Friday, reflecting seasonal demand.

Qualifications

• Experience performing grounds maintenance tasks such as grass cutting and hedge cutting.
• Ability to work as part of a team to maintain high standards at multiple sites.
• Good communication with team, management and site users; adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting and general site upkeep.
• Work as part of a team to ensure sites are maintained to a high standard.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management and site users.
• Follow health and safety procedures while working on site.
