Job summary
Urban Green, part of the Celnor Group, is seeking a Landscape Architect to join our Ecology team in Manchester. You will lead and deliver ESs, EIAs, LVIs, LVAs, TVIAs, TVAs, and Green Belt Assessments across residential and urban regeneration projects.
The role requires a degree in Landscape Architecture (or equivalent), 2+ years of landscape planning consultancy experience, and strong skills in GIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Qualifications
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ landscape planning consultancy experience
- Experience delivering ESs, EIAs, LVIAs, LVAs, TVIAs, TVAs and Green Belt Assessments
- Strong knowledge of UK planning system & environmental law
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and with clients
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver ESs, EIAs, and related assessments for a range of projects
- Work within the Landscape Planning team across various sectors
- Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes
- Support continuous improvement and contribute ideas with the team
