Job summary

Triumph Consultants are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect to design and deliver sustainable landscape projects that improve public spaces, support regeneration and enhance biodiversity across Sunderland. The contract is 12 months in Sunderland SR1 3AA; a full UK driving licence is required.

The role requires a Degree in Landscape Architecture approved by the Landscape Institute, Chartered membership or progression toward chartership, and strong AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills,

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Architecture approved by the Landscape Institute.
• Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or working towards chartership.
• Experience in landscape design, including hard and soft landscaping.
• Knowledge of planning legislation, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) and CDM 2015; strong CAD/creative tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver landscape projects from planning through to completion.
• Prepare design drawings, specifications and reports for landscape schemes.
• Manage project budgets and timescales to ensure successful delivery.
• Support biodiversity projects, including wildlife sites, nature reserves and tree planting schemes.
• Work with colleagues, consultants and stakeholders to deliver high-quality public spaces and sustainable developments.

Pay Rate

£22.37 per hour PAYE

Full UK driving licence is required for this role.

Key Requirements

• Experience in landscape design, including hard and soft landscaping.
• Good knowledge of planning legislation, Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) and CDM 2015, with strong skills in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
