Job summary

Hill Group UK is seeking a talented Landscape Architect to join our team and shape the landscape, public realm and placemaking across our residential and mixed-use developments in the UK.

You’ll work from early concept and planning through to detailed design, collaborating with Land, Planning, Technical, Development and Construction teams to deliver sustainable, distinctive places.

Qualifications

• Degree or postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture.
• Experience within a landscape practice, developer, housebuilder or multidisciplinary environment.
• Good understanding of the UK planning system.
• Knowledge of Biodiversity Net Gain, sustainable drainage and green infrastructure.
• Strong design skills with a practical and commercially aware approach.
• Experience taking projects from concept and planning through to delivery.

• Reviewing and coordinating all landscape designs.
• Creating and developing hard and soft landscape proposals.

• Working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure designs are practical, coordinated and deliverable.
• Visiting sites to help maintain landscape quality through construction.
