Lead Careers in Bristol is seeking a Landscape Architect to join a well-established multidisciplinary studio. You will support landscape design across projects, prepare planning assessments, produce technical drawings, conduct site appraisals and engage with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A degree or postgraduate qualification in landscape architecture.
• Be working towards chartered status.
• Around two years of professional experience.
• Good planting design knowledge and strong Revit skills.

Responsibilities

• Support landscape design across a range of projects.
• Prepare assessments and reports for planning applications.
• Produce technical drawings and site appraisals.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders; assist with BD and project finances.
• Site visits and coordination with other consultants.

THE ROLE

Key duties include supporting landscape design across a range of projects, preparing assessments and reports for planning applications, producing technical drawings, site appraisals, client and stakeholder engagement, business development support, financial oversight on projects, site visits, and coordination with other consultants. Independence and clear communication are important.

REQUIREMENTS

• A degree or postgraduate qualification in landscape architecture
• Be working towards chartered status
• Around two years of professional experience
• Good planting design knowledge and strong Revit skills
