Job summary

SUEZ in Kirklees is seeking a hands-on Site Operator to work as part of the team and help run safe, compliant site operations while delivering customer requirements.

You will operate mobile plant (tractor, 360 excavator, telehandler) and perform daily checks, maintenance scheduling, and general site duties to support disposal solutions for customers. A flexible approach to cover holidays and sickness is welcome.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an enthusiastic team player, who will be expected to join the current site team to ensure site operations exceed the standards required.
• Additionally, a flexible approach to work will be advantageous as you will be expected to cover holiday and sick days if required.

Responsibilities

• The operation of various items of plant and the maintenance/upkeep of the site.
• To safely operating the mobile plant on site, e.g. Tractor, 360 excavator and telehandler.
• Conducting daily checks on the mobile plant to ensure that the machines are always in good working order and that the manufacturers recommended maintenance schedule has been followed.
• Maintaining the site and assisting the team.
• To assist in the delivery of disposal solutions to our customers.
• General and daily site duties to maintain compliance.
