The role sits within the Restore Nature Specialist Delivery Team, combining site visits with office and home working.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of farming systems, farm viability, tenure and grant funding.
• Knowledge of environmental issues, habitat restoration and access considerations.
• Ability to interpret site-level financial models and funding interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the staged land use programme for the BVT land use work.
• Develop shared land use visions and long-term plans with partners.
• Commission ecological assessments and monitor progress.
• Engage tenant farmers and stakeholders to deliver aligned outcomes.
