A leading engineering surveyor is seeking a Surveyor for their Thames Valley office. The role involves conducting topographical and measured building surveys, mentoring junior staff, and working on diverse projects across the region. Survey Solutions is a leading engineering surveyor specialising in land, measured building and underground utility surveys as well as monitoring and site engineering schemes. We are looking to appoint a Surveyor within the land department in our Thames Valley office. We have a network of ten offices with our teams of surveyors and engineers working on some of the UK’s major construction and infrastructure developments.
As a Surveyor at Survey Solutions, you will work independently completing a full range of small to large scale topographical, measured building and setting out surveys, using innovative technology and processing data in the office to a high working standard. You will be confident working on multi-disciplined survey projects and will have a competent understanding of various surveying methods and data capture.
You will also share your expertise and knowledge with less experienced team members to assist their development, by providing practical experience onsite and office-based work.
This is a full-time role with office hours of Monday to Friday from 9.00 – 5.30, however site hours will vary so overtime and occasional weekend working will be required.
You will be working remotely, covering exciting survey projects in Hampshire, West London and the surrounding counties. The ideal candidate will be based in or around the Reading, Basingstoke, Guildford and/or Woking area.
