Role: Land Auction Specialist

• Develop relationships with partner estate agents, maintaining high engagement levels
• Educate Land agents on the benefits of the iamsold auction proposition via various communication methods
• Inform vendors about auction benefits and encourage agents to discuss this with vendors
• Identify and appraise new site development opportunities
• Engage with agents and landowners, building new relationships and understanding our products and services
• Research market values for land and GDV based on specific schemes
• Coordinate marketing strategies with land agents to generate buyers and vendors
• Handle pre-auction negotiations with vendors and buyers, adhering to AML standards
