Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking a Land Assembly Assistant in Birmingham (Hybrid) to coordinate land acquisition activities, manage data and notices, and support the delivery of land entry for work packages. You will work with Area Teams, PSCs, and ILA to ensure accurate boundaries and timely approvals.

The role requires data management, GIS analysis, stakeholder coordination, and project management skills, with a salary base of £26,900–£31,600 and a 15% flexible benefits fund.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage land data and reference information.
• Experience analyzing data using GIS and database reporting.
• Strong project management to meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in land assembly projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with Area Teams and contractors to finalize land acquisition boundaries.
• Verify undertakings and notices related to compulsory purchase and entry.
• Manage day-to-day PSC/contractor deliveries with budget oversight.
• Maintain a tracker of land notices and progress for the contract area.
