Job summary

GerrardWhite is seeking a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join its Commercial Property team in Chelmsford, Essex. You will handle high-value property transactions with minimal supervision and provide strategic, business-driven legal advice to a varied client base.

You must be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 7+ years PQE in property law, able to run complex deals and build lasting client relationships in a firm that values work-life balance and collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)

About you

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 7+ years' PQE in property law
