We continue to have a high demand for our measured survey services and would like to recruit an exceptional candidate to fill a full time position to be based out of our Welwyn office.

Your role would involve carrying out topographical & measured building surveys using modern survey equipment such as total stations and 3D laser scanners, surveying on site and then working at our head office in Welwyn producing high quality 2D and 3D survey deliverables. The ability to work remotely is possible but will be role/project dependent.

Terrain Surveys actively supports professional development for all employees and you would have the opportunity for further training. The company is a member The Survey Association and maintains a quality management system registered to ISO9001:2008. Most survey staff are members of the Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors (CICES).

Ideal Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience, preferably with relevant qualifications • A full UK driving license • In-depth knowledge and experience of working with modern survey equipment • Experienced in both topographical surveys & measured building surveys • Experience of working with LSS, Starnet, Cyclone, AutoCAD, BricsCAD • Ability to work both alone and as part of our survey team
