We are working with a leading house builder seeking a Land Manager based in the North West. Ideal candidates will come from a high-volume house building background with experience in large projects and land tendering.

You should have a proven track record in the Lancashire, Chester, Cumbria, & Merseyside regions, with at least 4+ years post-graduation experience and ambitions to progress. The role involves working closely with internal and external consultants to manage projects through the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing off-market land in the North West
• Maintaining contacts with housing associations for potential JV partnerships
• Negotiating with landowners and agents
• Overseeing legal, planning, and design consultants pre- and post-acquisition
• Staying updated on town planning policies in targeted areas

Expected Experiences:

• Degree-qualified, preferably in property or related fields
• Proven deal maker with 3-4 land deals annually
• Experience as a senior or aspiring land manager
• Track record in sourcing and acquiring land in the North West
• Current employment with a national developer, investor, or agency
• Understanding of planning application and appeal processes
• Strong network within land agencies
• Driven, ambitious, and autonomous
