Drive the Future of Clean Transport

To fuel our growth, we’re on the lookout for a Land Acquisition Manager who knows their way around industrial land deals, can build strong developer relationships, and wants to be at the centre of one of the most exciting energy transitions in a generation.

What You’ll Do

• Find the Sites – Source, screen, and secure land opportunities across the UK
• Build the Network – Work directly with top-tier industrial developers like Panattoni, GLP, Stoford, Harworth, Peel L&P, and others
• Own the Deal – Lead negotiations for land purchases and option agreements, from first contact to signed contracts
• Make the Case – Prepare clear, compelling investment papers for internal approval
• Crunch the Numbers – Use Excel to run simple returns models and land viability assessments
• Lead the Way – Manage and mentor 1–2 junior team members as part of a growing real estate function
• Collaborate to Deliver – Work closely with planning, grid, construction, legal, and finance to bring each site to life

What You Bring

• 5+ years’ experience in real estate, land acquisition or development
• A strong network in UK industrial property — you know who’s who and where to go
• Confident negotiator and communicator
• Fluency in Excel for straightforward financial modelling
• Natural leadership qualities with the ability to coach and support others
• Ideally MRICS qualified or educated in a relevant property discipline
