About the Role

Are you keen to work for a market-leading house builder with a strong appetite for land acquisition? You will have significant autonomy to source sites and present them for approval.

We are working with a leading developer that is actively seeking new land opportunities. They are looking to add a proactive Senior Land Manager to the team, someone who can meet with agents and landowners to identify and cultivate potential land acquisition opportunities.

The company has the budget to pursue land deals and develop new sites. There is potential for career progression within the next 12 months, as they are eager for someone to grow within the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with agents and landowners.

The role offers a salary of approximately £80,000 - £95,000 plus benefits.
