Senior Land Manager

Location: Milton Keynes

Are you keen to work for a market-leading house builder with a strong appetite to buy land? You'd be given a great deal of autonomy to source sites and bring them to the table for approval.

I'm working with a leading developer that has a strong appetite for new land. They are looking to add to the team with a Senior Land Manager who is proactive in meeting and cultivating relationships with agents and landowners to identify great land acquisition opportunities.

With funds available for land acquisition, my client is well placed to complete deals and develop new sites. There is potential for progression within the next 12 months, as my client is keen for someone to grow within the business.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop relationships with agents and landowners.
2. Identify and secure new land acquisition opportunities.
3. Drive deals through the acquisition process.
4. Collaborate with the Land Director on existing opportunities and sites.
5. Represent the company at networking events and functions.

The role offers a salary of approximately £75k - £90k plus package.
