Job Opportunity: Land Acquisition Manager

Join a leading privately owned developer operating across various asset classes, including residential, student accommodation, commercial, and roadside retail. We are seeking a proactive Land Acquisition Manager to expand our team.

Salary: circa £50k - £80k plus package and profit share

Key Responsibilities:

1. Meet with and develop relationships with agents and land owners.
2. Identify and secure new land acquisition and investment opportunities.
3. Drive deals through the acquisition process.
4. Collaborate with the Land & Development Director on existing opportunities.
5. Attend networking events and represent the company.

Candidate Profile:

Ideal candidates are proactive in seeking land opportunities, comfortable meeting new contacts, and deal-hungry. Experience in residential, roadside retail, or working around Russell Group Universities is advantageous but not essential. Candidates from developer or land/development agency backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
