Job summary

Ardent is looking for a Land Access Consultant to coordinate land access for surveys and early works, liaising with landowners, surveyors, project teams, and clients to ensure smooth access delivery and timely documentation.

You will prepare access schedules, maps, licence agreements, and entry records, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting project delivery within scope, budget, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build effective relationships with clients, landowners, surveyors, and internal project teams.
• Excellent writing of clear, professional documents, emails, notes, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Access Requirements with surveyors, project teams, and clients to plan land access.
• Prepare and maintain access documentation, schedules, plans, licences, and entry records.
• Stakeholder liaison with landowners, occupiers, clients and internal teams to ensure timely access.
• Support project managers by taking ownership of tasks and delegating actions.
• Work within scope and budget, flagging differences and risks early.
• Apply Ardent processes and QMS, ensuring outputs are audit-ready.
• Ensure safe working practices and attend required safety training.
