Job summary

Victim Support is seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead our Lancashire teams, build partnerships, and ensure victims receive exceptional support.

You will oversee operations, drive improvements, manage stakeholder relationships, and represent the charity with commissioners and partners across Lancashire, with travel and flexible working.

The role requires DBS enhanced checks, a permanent contract, and a commitment to inclusive services.

• Develop and maintain partnerships, promote Victim Support services.
• Lead area strategically and ensure compliance with standards.
• Represent the charity with commissioners and media.
• Identify income growth and partnership opportunities.
• Focus on team development and monitor performance and quality.
• Travel across the area and attend meetings as needed.
