Job summary

Paneltex is hiring a Production Operative – Laminator at our Somers site in Long Stratton, Norfolk. You will laminate parts according to lay-up specifications, reading drawings and applying resins and lacquers to mould surfaces to create laminated components.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30) with benefits including significant annual leave, life assurance, medical plan and more. On-site parking and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with laminating processes and lay-up techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret lay-up drawings.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Good timekeeping and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Read lay-up drawings and laminate parts to specification.
• Apply lacquers, resins and mould release agents following process.
• Inspect finished parts for conformance to drawings and tolerances.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and comply with company policies.
