Job summary

McLaren Racing is seeking a Night Shift Laminating Technician to produce high-quality composite components for current and future Formula 1 cars. You will work to demanding standards, performing laminating, mould preparation, vacuum bagging and autoclave operations.

You will follow prescribed processes, ensure safety, and support the wider Composite Laminating team while delivering race-winning performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a skilled laminator.
• Experience in motorsport, particularly F1, or aerospace is preferable.
• High attention to detail and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
• Clear, accurate communication skills and the initiative to identify tasks and offer solutions.

Working to demanding quality standards and tight deadlines, you will carry out laminating, mould preparation, vacuum bagging and autoclave operations, helping deliver race-winning performance while supporting the wider Composite Laminating team.
