The Role

As Laminating Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the night-shift laminating operation, supporting your team and ensuring production targets, quality requirements and health & safety standards are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support the laminating team throughout the night shift.

Allocate work and manage daily production priorities.

Ensure laminating work is completed to drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Monitor production output, quality and efficiency.

Carry out quality checks and ensure any issues are identified and addressed promptly.

Provide guidance, training and support to team members.

Ensure correct use of materials, tools and equipment.

Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Work closely with Production, Quality and other departments to resolve issues.

Promote a positive culture of teamwork, safety and continuous improvement.

Ensure all company procedures, health & safety requirements and housekeeping standards are followed.

The Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

Previous experience in composites manufacturing and laminating.
