Job summary

Rogers McHugh Recruitment is recruiting for a Labourer / FLT Counterbalance Driver to work one night shift for one of our valued clients in Swalwell. The role combines forklift operation with general labouring duties on a busy construction site.

You will need a valid CSCS card and a valid FLT Counterbalance licence, plus previous experience on site. The position offers stable night shift work and opportunities to contribute to site safety and efficiency.

• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift
• Previous construction site/labouring experience
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Happy to carry out both FLT and labouring duties
• Able to work well as part of a team

We are currently recruiting for a Labourer / FLT Counterbalance Driver to work one night shift for one of our valued clients.

Shift Details:

• 1 Night Shift
• Start Time: 8:30pm
• 10-hour shift

Duties

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift to move materials and equipment around site
• Assisting with general labouring duties when the forklift is not in use
• Supporting the site team as required
• Helping to keep the site safe, tidy, and organised
• Following all health and safety procedures
