Job summary

Clearfield Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver with a valid CSCS card to join a busy industrial project in Bristol. This is an ongoing temporary contract secured through to January, offering steady work through the autumn and winter months.

You will operate a Counterbalance forklift, load and unload deliveries, and perform daily safety checks. A valid RTITB/ITSSAR accredited licence, CSCS card, and proven site experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid, in-date Counterbalance (FLT) licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
• Valid CSCS card (essential for site access).
• Proven commercial/industrial experience operating a Counterbalance forklift on active sites.
• Reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and able to work well within a wider site team.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift truck safely and efficiently in a dynamic industrial/construction environment.
• Load and unload deliveries, construction materials, and heavy equipment.
• Move stock and supplies across the site to designated storage or work zones.
