We are currently looking for a Labourer to join our busy team in Tongwynlais, Cardiff! Join us on our mission to enhance homes and improve communities as a key player in our successful in-house repairs team.

Hours of Work:
40 hours per week

Labourer Duties:
As a dedicated Labourer, you will undertake specific building work and general maintenance tasks on our tenanted and void properties. Your role will involve delivering a high-quality, right-first-time repairs service, ensuring that homes are maintained to the highest standards. You will primarily assist other Trade Operatives but at times, independently complete work of a simpler nature.

Labourer Requirements:

1. General knowledge of domestic building maintenance and repairs
2. Experience in empty property rubbish clearances, bricklaying, minor roofing, plastering, and groundworks
3. Ability to work under your own initiative whilst managing a busy workload
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills
5. Full driving licence and willingness to undergo a CRC check
