Job Opportunity: Labourer in Southsea

HAYS Southampton is seeking an experienced labourer to work on a commercial project in Southsea, PO5, with a main contractor. This position offers a pay rate of £ (Umbrella PAYE) and is expected to last for 3 months.

The project involves re-cladding external walls of classroom units, rip-out work on an unused teaching block, and reconstructing the building into new classrooms. You will assist subcontractors and perform site duties such as moving materials, maintaining site cleanliness and security, and reporting to the site manager daily.

Ideal candidates will have experience as a construction labourer, be from the local Waterlooville area, and be available Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30. On-site parking is available, and the site is accessible via public transport, including a 20-minute walk from Fratton train station.
