Job Title: Labourer

HAYS Southampton is seeking an experienced labourer to join a commercial project in Waterlooville, PO9, working with a main contractor.

Details:

• Pay: £ (Umbrella PAYE)
• Duration: 3 months

Project Description:

We are collaborating with a local main contractor on the completion of a commercial project at a school in Waterlooville. The work includes re-cladding external walls, rip-out work in an unused teaching block, and reconstructing the building into new classrooms. The role involves assisting subcontractors, moving materials, maintaining site cleanliness and security, and reporting to the site manager daily.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a construction labourer is essential.
• Must be from the Waterlooville area or nearby.
• Available Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30.
• On-site parking available; good public transport links.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Full PPE
• Construction references
