Search Consultancy is recruiting for multiple Labourer positions based in Stevenson. We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with a range of building, maintenance and site duties.

Applicants must hold a valid CSCS card and a full driving licence. Transport will be provided during working hours, and these are long-term opportunities with a stable workload and the chance to work alongside experienced tradespeople.

Qualifications

• A valid CSCS card is essential.
• A full, valid driving licence is essential.
• Previous experience in general building work and maintenance is required for the experienced labouring duties.
• Experience in driving, material deliveries and waste removal is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assisting tradesmen with all aspects of general building and maintenance work.
• Carrying out building tasks, including slabbing, wall building, lintel and cill replacement, and general building repairs.
• Preparing work areas and materials for jobs.
• Undertaking manual handling duties and assisting with the preparation and completion of tasks as required by tradesmen.
• Delivering building materials to site.
• Uplifting and disposing of building-related waste.
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Carrying out general labouring duties to support the day-to-day operations of the team.
