PTSG Group is seeking a skilled Labourer to join its maintenance team on a dedicated contract across the North of England. The role involves a range of general building repairs on commercial sites, from Coventry to Liverpool and Newcastle, with a focus on quality finishes.

You will perform day-to-day maintenance tasks, handle basic joinery, painting, tile replacements, lighting changes, and site upkeep. A practical, hands-on approach with reliability and pride in work is essential.

Qualifications

• Solid background in property or building maintenance (multi-skilled handyman level).
• Willingness to travel across the North of England and Midlands.

Labourer

Location: Oldham (covering North of England and Midlands)

Hours: Full time and Permanent, 40 hours per week

Pay: £12.71 per hour + overtime opportunities available

The Role

We're looking for skilled Labourer to join our maintenance team, working on a dedicated contract across the North of England. You'll be carrying out a wide variety of general building and property repairs in commercial sites - from Coventry to Liverpool, Newcastle and everywhere in between.

You'll handle all sorts of day-to-day maintenance tasks:

• Basic joinery and repairs
• Painting and patch plastering
• Replacing ceiling tiles, glass panels, and carpet tiles
• Changing light bulbs and small electrical fittings
• General property upkeep and minor remedial work

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in a good finish and enjoys variety in their day.

What You'll Need

• A solid background in property or building maintenance (multi-skilled handy-person level)
• No driving licence necessary
• Must live in or near Oldham
• Own tools
• Willingness to travel across the region
• Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check (due to site requirements)
