Job summary

Construction Resources in Merseyside is seeking two experienced Strip Out / Demolition Operatives to join its planned works team on a permanent basis. You will carry out strip out and demolition tasks within residential properties as part of refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Candidates must have proven strip out / demolition experience, a background in residential or refurbishment environments, a valid CSCS card, and a full UK driving licence.

Our client is a Liverpool-based building and property services company that works across the North West.

They mainly do:

Social housing repairs and maintenance
Empty-home ( void ) works
Kitchen and bathroom installations
Property refurbishments
Adaptations for residents
Electrical, heating and plumbing work
Development and construction projects
General repairs and planned works

Due to a busy work stream, they are looking for 2 experienced Strip Out / Demolition Operatives to join their planned works team in Merseyside on a permanent basis.

The Role

The successful candidates will carry out strip out and demolition works within residential properties, supporting planned refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Requirements

• Previous strip out / demolition experience essential.

• Experience working within residential or refurbishment environments.

• Able to carry out works safely and efficiently.

• Good standard of workmanship.

• Ability to work as part of a team.
